Episode 1: Sarah Regan
In episode one of season four I chat with Sarah Regan, Advertising Director turned happiness spreader. Sarah launched her budding business, Little Flowers, 8 years ago with a model that focusses on the thought rather than the theatrics of giving flowers. Sarah may now have swapped her suits and stilettos for a simpler style but as her florist flourishes so does her confidence both in how she works and what she wears.
“The idea of teetering around in those massive heels every day, I’m like how did I do that, I must have been mental.”
“Mum went all out with the first holy communion dress, she took a lot of pride in it and I felt very special because I was having this special outfit made and she did a headpiece that had flowers on it and little pearls which I hadn’t thought about in forever...it was quite girly, and special and the flowers made it feel really pretty, that’s definitely a standout item from my childhood.”
