My Story

Scouring antique stores, watching my mother getting dressed for a night out, listening to the Beatles. These are the childhood memories that have informed my tastes as a fashion stylist and vintage fashion hound.

Currently based in Sydney, I started my fashion career in New York, studying at Parsons School of Design while discovering the art of consignment shopping. I am proud to have worked with some of Australia’s leading fashion and media outlets including Bauer Media, Network Ten, Channel 7, The Walt Disney Company and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia. Prior to my colourful fashion career, I spent 10 years working in Organisational Psychology and Human Resources in corporate and retail organisations across Sydney, London and New York

The Style Stories podcast, a collection of conversations with creative people who have a strong sense of style, brings together skills that have shaped my career including interviewing, analysis and a desire for story telling. In a climate of change, Style Stories seeks to establish an individual’s meaningful relationship to fashion while finding relevance, inspiration and joy in preloved fashion pieces.

I think everyone’s notion of beauty is formed - your sense of taste, most of your values and opinions are formed in your childhood - the first thing that you ever see that makes you think, ‘God that’s beautiful’: Those things stick in your mind forever.
